2006 Bournedrill THD2000 drill rig with 7,286.2 hrs on the clock at listing. This diesel hydraulic powered, top head drive rotary drill rig on quad axle purpose-built semi-trailer with rod feeder table is in full working order. Recently returned from completing Dynamic Drilling's final hole and driller reported no issues with exception of a minor oil leak which will be repaired prior to sale. Used most recently for deep artesian bores throughout Queensland for councils, piggeries, feedlots and other major agricultural operations.

Additional details: Powerhead is a 90mm spindle, 13,558 Nm, head-stroke- 11 metres, the engine is a Cummins N14 inline six cylinder turbo-charged diesel engine with a rated power of 475 HP.

The Mast is 16.90 metres, lowered for transport by two x telescopic hydraulic cylinders fitted with safety check valves. The capacity is 4" rods rated to a depth of 1000m, and 4½" rods rated to 850m (25,000kg total rod string). Pulldown upwards 38,636 kg (16m/min), downwards 21,818 kg (30 m/min).

Includes a rod loader and pipe rack with load ramp, hydraulic jib winch (1,800kg) with hydraulic rod clamp with a mechanical arm mounted on RHS of the mast. Extras also include a Teda casement clamp, 8 x reamers, 4 x 6m spiral rods, 134 x 88mm x 6m and 19 x 114 x 6m drill rods, assorted rod handling equipment, annular diverter valve.

Trailer Specs: custom made by Bournedrill, model THD2000-06-1-OD LV. Trailer rating: ATM 57,000 kg with airbag strut suspension, the wheels are 10 stud steel rims with 11R22.5 tyres in a serviceable condition. Trailer extras also include a fold out access gantry and stairways, 4x hydraulic stabilisers.

Comes with a stocked tool shack, as seen in photos. Other additional aspects can be included for a package price by negotiation.
